Almost everyone I know is on the vegan/raw food/macrobiotic diet that emphasizes the importance of organic food. By consuming organic products we eliminate harmful chemicals our body is exposed to; lets face it I do not want to eat pesticides on my fruits that is meant to kill bugs. Another way to help the body cope with the stress of our environment is to take supplemental vitamins that help us support and maintain a well balanced and healthy body! It is vital to help our body get the necessary vitamins so we can lead a nourished life. I can eat all the organic food I want, but the vitamins I lack from my diet can easily be solved by taking a multi-vitamin that helps me restore and replenish my mind and body.
